Nadia Salinas 
Chief Operating Officer 

With more than eight years of experience in the air ambulance industry, Nadia leads Regent Air Ambulance’s operations with expertise and vision. As COO, she oversees every aspect of our life-saving missions, coordinating medical transportation, guiding talented teams, and streamlining processes to deliver the highest level of efficiency and care. Working closely with both flight crews and medical staff, Nadia brings deep aviation knowledge that ensures every mission is conducted safely, smoothly, and with precision. Beyond operations, her leadership is driven by compassion. Nadia is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients, families, and healthcare partners who place their trust in Regent Air Ambulance.

Emily Franz, BSN, CCRN
Director of Quality and Education

Emily has over a decade of clinical experience in surgical, cardiac, and emergency care. As Regent Air’s Director of Quality and Education, Emily coordinates medical training, directs policy development and review, and manages quality assurance. Previously a Clinical Nurse Educator and ER Patient Care Coordinator, her on-the-ground organization is unparalleled. When Emily is on a flight, her warmth and excellent care make her a patient favorite.

Matt Perrin,  BSN, CCRN 
Chief Flight Nurse 

Matt has an extensive emergency nursing background and has experience as a Patient Care Coordinator and an educator. His rural nursing and trauma expertise enables him to handle any type of air transfer, and he flies the most critical of Regent Air’s missions. As Chief Flight Nurse, Matt also provides clinical support to medical staff and facilitates flight nurse training. His competence and sense of humor ensure that patients in his care have a safe and enjoyable flight.

Bonnie Sum.HEIC

Nursing Team 

Each member of our nursing staff has specialty emergency and/or ICU training with at least three years of critical care experience. They are trained to provide acute medical care in the aviation setting. They are ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certified, and regularly attend patients in local emergency rooms and intensive care units.

Respiratory Therapists 

Our Respiratory Therapists all have more than five years of critical care experience and are experts in aviation airway management. They provide in-flight care as required and support Regent Air’s team through education and equipment management.
